Discussion/Possible Action 9988 Discuss a plan of finance for the possible issuance of Austin Community College District Maintenance Tax Notes, Series 2021 (the “Notes”), and consider and approve the following resolutions relating to the sale of the Notes: 1) a resolution appointing underwriters; 2) a resolution approving a preliminary official statement; and 3) a resolution authorizing the issuance of “Austin Community College District Maintenance Tax Notes, Series 2021 in an Amount not to exceed $85,000,000; authorizing a representative to approve the amount, the interest rate, and terms thereof and certain other procedures and provisions; entering into a purchase contract and a paying agent/registrar agreement; approving an official statement; levying a tax for payment of the notes, and authorizing other matters relating thereto.” [Mr.Neil Vickers]
